EXCHANGES & RETURNS
How can I exchange or return a product? It’s simple.
f you want to exchange or return a Batech item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to do it.
Choose between these two options:
> Exchange or return at official Batech Store (C/ Provença 203, Barcelona)
> Exchange or return at delivery point.
If you choose to proceed with the exchange or return at delivery point, you just need to follow these simple steps:
1. Place the item(s) back in it’s original packaging and do not remove any label.
2. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order reference number and we will contact you.
3. A delivery courier will be sent to pick up the package to exchange or return at the same delivery point.
Exchanges and returns costs
Catalonia: All exchanges and returns are free.
Rest of the world: The exchange or return cost is equivalent to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
You can exchange or return the purchased product as long as:
> The product has not been washed or used in any way (except for reasonable wear and tear as a result of checking and testing the product)
> The product remains in perfect condition, as delivered
> The product is returned with its original packaging and labels
Once the returned product has been satisfactorily inspected, Store Batech 2016, s. l. will refund to the customer the price of the product within a period of 30 days after receiving its return notification and cancellation order.
Information about refunds
The refund will be made in the same method as the original payment.
Store Batech s.l. will not make any refunds until having received the returned product and verified its condition.
Once you the product conditions are properly verified, you will receive a refund with the corresponding amount.
All our products have Batech Warranty.
You have the right to return defective or non-compliant products. You have thirty days from the moment of receiving the non-compliant item to inform Store Batech 2016, s.l. of the defect or non-conformity and return the product.
If you return the product because it is defective or for non-conformity reasons and the return is accepted, Store Batech 2016, s.l. will refund the value of the product and shipping costs, in addition to all direct costs of the return.
All of the above is without prejudice to your rights as a consumer, which are contained in the current law of consumer protection.
